Toxic culture. Avoid.

Pros

Compensation is the only “pro” I can think of.

Cons

Company has no strategic vision and would have already died off if it wasn’t for the QQQ fund. Extremely toxic work environment where middle managers/Directors are not held accountable and do not follow any sort of ethical standard.

Pros

Work life balance, if you are looking to just collect a paycheck and not care about your future this is the place for you.

Cons

Senior MDs lack any strategic thinking except for cut costs and sell parts of the business at a loss. This is a dying company which lacks any strategy. They hire any friend that will take the job. Anyone that challenges the status quo or has a vision above theirs is laid off. All good leaders have left as well. This is like the 3rd string in charge. Do yourself a favor and sell the rest of the assets off. Zero future.
