Pros

Good benefits and 401k Good team members

Cons

The short-sighted, reactionary decisions, by Executive Management are increasingly creating an increasingly divisive and hostile work environment. The continued buy-in to woke politics and a strategy of growth at any cost has created employee retention and hiring challenges. Additionally they are now threatening to fire employees not willing to take the ineffective covid vaccines.

Pros

If You work in Canada, India, or Atlanta, you have a long lifespan; otherwise, count your days!

Cons

They acquire companies, get employees in the acquired company to teach their Canadians or their Offshore workers, and then lay them off in cycles. Loyalty is not a prized quality.
