Pros

- There are some good people in the company and some good teams just AVOID Investment Process & change AT ALL COSTS - or dont if you'd rather learn the hard way. - Salad bar.

Cons

- The team - Highly wouldnt recommend joining Investment Process & Change team unless you like being micromanaged into the ground & like working with cliquey people who all talk about each other behind closed doors. Only join if you so desperately want to get your foot through the industry as the door is always open for hiring in the team because they struggle to keep people & hire people. - Very cliquey people in the company & very antisocial. - Highest staff turnover team in invesco - 6 people left in less than a year - the original team was just 4 people under the manager - 100% staff turnover rate for a reason. - The team states that claim passive aggressiveness is just being "direct" but everyone is passive aggressive to each other in this team. - The managers need to know your every move & why you are offline for even 1 minute when you are just going to grab a water... - Holiday requests get rejected quite frequently and they block out long periods where they dont want you to take holiday - yet managers take holiday whenever they please. - Evident favouritism in the team. - Lack of good training - people in the team get annoyed if you ask how to do something or complete a task but then will get annoyed if you take too long to complete a task after refusing to help you. - Several other team managers arent fond of working with the managers in this team but refuse to voice it - There is ongoing jokes from other teams about the turnover in this team & the managers. - Theres an ongoing war and politics between the managers, not sure how they're still working together. - Everyone in the team suffers from Stockholm Syndrome.

Pros

Decent salary, the bonus is okay but not exceptional. Benefits pretty good.

Cons

Lots of changes since returning to office after the pandemic. Too much emphasis on in-office collaboration, yet my coworkers aren't in the same office. Noisy new open-floor plan office in Atlanta., yet executives are hidden away.
