Pros

Most people and departments truly love their job and want to do their best. We have flexible hours and hybrid working only 3 days in the office and Monday and Friday from home. My team and my boss are awesome.

Cons

The current stock price that is almost the same price as when the leaving CEO, Marty Flanagan, started in 2005. This is a reflection of poor decisions in acquisitions, the most recent the acquisition of Oppenheimer at a premium, with highly volatile strategies that have blown up over the past 18 months...this has resulted in major outflows. We have a new CEO coming in but he's just more of the same and was groomed by Marty to take over when he retired. Read analysts reviews on the CEO change announced Feb 8, 2023 - they confirm what I said....just more of the same, which is lackluster at best. There is no accountability at the senior management level from the board for poor decisions and lack of capital discipline to its investors.
