Pros

- The people are great - Relatively infantile compared to other household name asset managers, which means there are a lot of growth opportunities - Good benefits with a flexible work from home culture (the latter depends on which department or team you belong to) - Innovation and forward thinking is appreciated - Less "stuffy" culture than your typical financial institution

Cons

- Lack of clear career progression (need to chart your own path in many ways) - Compensation isn't as high as competition
