No culture, no focus and no collaboration

Pros

- Flexible W/L balance and WFH (depends on team) - No mandated business casual clothing - Won't get fired even if you don't add value if you know the right people

Cons

The company is a conglomeration of disjointed smaller companies combined through acquisitions over many years. There's overlap of teams which lead to people actively working AGAINST you and your goals. You'll spend a year or two in frustration with how little you can get done at Invesco (expect a 5yr runway minimum for any innovation). Eventually you become complacent, accept the reality that you can't make a difference here and start collecting paychecks -- unfortunately, this is the culture of most people at this company.
