      Pros

      Invesco have pretty decent benefits. Everyone is on hourly except management. Potential overtime can exceed your annual bonus. Company only requires you to work 37.5 hr per week equal full time.

      Cons

      Since staff were making more money than management due to OT, management are disgruntled. No annual bonus due to OT, however you were still require to have an annual review which i do not see the point since there is no bonus/incentives. Management lacks communications. Morality is very low. There is no loyality from the company. Invesco compensation is not up to par.

      Good resume builder, but don't overstay your welcome - 2 years tops!

      Pros

      - Great benefits - Looks good on resume - Great group of peers (intelligent team of accounting/finance professionals) - Can do well if you have or get your CPA shortly after getting there!

      Cons

      - Poor management within the accounting group - Management appears to foster individualism versus team environment - Poor work/life balance - Management promotes those with networking abilities versus technical skills - If no CPA, you won't make it very far or be there very long as there'll be no room for advancement

      For me, this was turned out to be the worse move of my career

      Pros

      Great people and great company. The senior management are taking the company in the right direction and the future looks bright for those that are involved.

      Cons

      Employees are treated more like managed assets than people at times. Too many layers of middle management, even after years of restructuring (which is continuous here).
