      Pros

      One of the biggest draws to Invesco was the benefits/work life balance and the optimism as you start your career. -Great exposure. -Great onboarding experience. -Great lessons

      Cons

      - HR Leadership- very reactive rather than proactive to situations. Issues are just swept under the rug than addressing them. "Avoidance of the big elephants in the room." -Toxic environment within the department (from the top down). -Lack of opportunities for those that didn't fit their ideal image.

      Great benefits and competitive pay, strong leadership and stewardship of the company. exciting work, flat organization that allows you to have a bigger voice in the company.

      decision-making cycle is often long - takes too long to get things done; systems and operational processes very antiquated. manual processes which get in the way of working
