Pros

Plenty of opportunity to grow your career. Chances to move throughout the company and experience different roles. Relationships built there tend to be long lasting.

Cons

As with any large firm, can get a bit impersonal. Five years of regularly having layoffs in October / November did get a bit old. Undervalues some of the operational areas compared to same roles in marketing.

Pros

Great place to learn the world of finance for someone that is just out of school. I thought they offered a good benefits program although benefits are not usually what someone is looking for when they just finish school.

Cons

My introduction to company politics, I don't know if it is any worse then other companies. In my role I found a lot of deadlines because there was not enough focus on automating but this was years ago.
