Pros

Good reputation, great name to have on the CV, good perks such as on-site gym, Christmas party, good social events

Cons

Very cliquey, depending on departments some people have worked there donkey's years and no one else gets a look in. Development opportunities don't seem to be based on ability. The HR department is ineffective. Being based outside London means you miss out on industry developments/working groups etc to some degree, and the Henley office suffers from a lack of professionalism.
