Pros

Culture, Culture and Culture. It is everything in make a place fun to be at and rewarding in terms of personal and financial growth. Expectations can be high, but are rewarded when achieved.

Cons

In Canada the investment management world is dominated by manufacturers who own their own distribution networks, making it imperative that Invesco as an independent Global investment manager performs well and forms strong relationships with distributors.

Good culture, open and honest. Little in the way of politics

Too many of the employees had been there a long time and little engagement with the wider industry to understand where the real issues are.
