Pros

Good benefits including paid time off and 401k plan. Nice place to learn the business including in-house training resources.

Cons

Compensation is low and opportunity for advancement varies by department. Employee manager experience is not consistent. Internal departmental communication needs improvement. Very political environment.

Pros

Great benefits and a great training regime, training gets you up to speed about your duties so you do not feel inadequate. Also, their networking between various departments is up to snuff. Various ways of interacting outside of work including through sports and community service.

Cons

Literally everything is graded, from your work to the way you stay organized. Its high school over again. Also do not dare speak up against authority even for blatantly wrong decisions. It will cost you your job, they have no qualms about letting people go.
