      Pros

      Benefits are comparable to other large corporations. Company 401K match one of the best.

      Cons

      Company silos create many bridges to gap, stifling office politics, and a large, crippling bureaucracy that's often detrimental to employee morale. At least one C-Level executive needs to polish his presentation and speaking skills. Women are under-represented in key management rolls. Ageism is evident.

      Great Experience for recent grads - Learn a ton

      Cons

      Workload is extreme. Management does not care about staff - I know this because I have a neighbor in management. Staff turnover is constant. Compensation is well below industry standards but this is part of their strategy - hire tons of recent grads for cheap and they get the necessary "experience needed" for every job they wanted. It is definitely a good place to start but the second you can leave, do it. Also, they don't promote from within. Period.

      I worked with a few great people.

      Cons

      Extremely hard to move up, it took me years. Team leads and supervisors all seem as though they hate their jobs, which made things harder on us. Lots of attitude and ego here, and there shouldn't be. Everyone is supposed to be available to "help" yet the dodge phone calls or answer annoyed at you for calling.
