Pros

Great Associates, team work is exceptional.

Cons

Management cares only about reaching numbers versus caring about coaching and mentoring. Too much overtime. There is not any balance of work and life. Upper management is out of touch of how associates' needs and desires. Traffic is horrible getting to work. No opportunity growth for advancement. Low pay If there is advancement, it is based on favoritism versus merit.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, direct managers good, strong sense of team

Cons

CEO has no vision or strategy and lets the CFO dedictate strategy which is only continual cost cutting. Team lunches and recognition for employees, CFO requests junior managers to pay for.

Pros

Compensation is fair and job is easy

Cons

Unclear communication on return to office over the past several months. When they do order us to return, vaccine will be mandated. If everything is a priority, nothing is truly a priority. Advisors don't want to talk to wholesalers.
