      Pros

      They work on interesting projects. Legacy IPE employees are very knowledgeable and great to work with.

      Cons

      Lots of change due to private equity acquisition. Salary and benefits package is average. Annual bonus is not good and well below average.

      Multiple sites across midwest and now one on the east coast. A bit of flexibility if you want to transfer or work from another location.

      Cons

      Owned by a hedge fund. Company gets passed around every so often and managment gets changed a bit.
