Pros

The people you work with are amazing and probably the only reason to stay.

Cons

We have new automation leads that don’t know about automation and refuse to learn so expect no help when there is only one person assisting all errors in all the labs. We don’t know what they do honestly. You are really are on your own here. Including, expect no growth. Knowledgeable workers were either lay off spontaneously or left the job. We have useless meetings that doesn’t talk about improvement of automation but rather a handoff tasks. Meetings gets cancelled if leads have nothing to say giving no voices to team members. No tracking of progress. A lot of empty promises. New team members working without training. I got to solo a shift on the first month I worked here- horrible. Leads micromanage and does not set up team for success. It is draining to work here. If you want the money, sure go for it. But soon you will understand why everyone left the company.
