Started great but its going down the hill.

Teams (cross organization) Health benefits take as much vacation you can. Education/Training team

Cons

401k is a joke Stock shares was good when I join but now worth pennies. leadership is the worst part. The good leads were laid off and they kept the ones that are not mentors neither a good example to the new hire.

We also have job alerts and a policy on ensuring that employees get evaluated for any appropriate roles before external hires.
