No diversity in engineering No career growth, 'flat' org No work life balance, praised for working till 1am and weekends No useful performance reviews: you just rate everyone above or below each other in for 'skills' and 'teamwork'. When you work with product, engineers, designers, how do you compare 'skills'? And how does this actually tell you how you are doing? Managers are just looking out for their own optics and not investing in their employees
