Great culture, great tech, uphill battle

Business Outlook

Pros

Strong engineering org - good tooling, devops, cloup ops, design processes Really smart people - strong technically, high integrity, culture of transparency and being straightforward Really interesting industry - biotech and healthcare is interesting and meaningful Good work life balance.

Cons

Company is working on rebounding from a heavy RIF, so far everything financially is going in the right direction, but it may not feel stable enough for everyone. Otherwise it's been a great place to work, because of the people here.
