Pros

Good benefits, nice and helpful coworkers

Cons

Management will throw you under the bus when things get hard. For example they had a massive lay off in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the way they went about deciding who got laid off had no rhyme or reason (I was one of the most experienced people on the accessioning team, worked hard and got along with everyone on my team yet I was let go while other, less experienced coworkers were kept on) Also they have a system in place where employees can anonymously review each other which, as any rational person might guess, leads to people slamming each other over small, petty things rather than giving helpful feedback.

Pros

Good experience for seeing a glimpse of what a biotech company is like.

Cons

You aren’t appreciated much as working in the lab and also paid considerably less for the volume of work you do.

Pros

Great starter company for those who don't have much industrial experience. Lots of learning opportunies

Cons

Unfair wages between those with more than a year's worth of experience vs those with absolutely no experience
