Everyone is hard working and the environment is supportive and collaborative. Great benefits and flexibility.

Cons

Can be unorganized. Great energy but lacking overall direction at times.

Great Mission, Lacks Leadership - No Follow Through

Pros

Invitae has a great mission and really drives it through the company.

Cons

The Talent Operations (HR) team is a failed and sad attempt of support to employees including the internal HR employees. Haphazarded migration of ArcherDx, non-uniformity of TA, Comp/Benefits, and more. There are a significant amount of folks who do everything and a large number who do nothing but cry and whine about "their bandwidth". Complete culture around "those who bark the loudest getting what they want"

Pros

Excellent benefits and remote/time-off flexibility. Diligent, smart and passionate people. Strong and clear mission. Set me up for success

Cons

chaotic at times-- under staffed and then hired on a full team then lets a bunch of people go-- happened twice in my tenure. Wouldn't pay for PMP certification Now that I am in the job market again, I am realizing that I was underpaid
