Pros
Most co-workers are talented, smart, honest, and caring people who are a pleasure to work with. Great benefits and work-life balance. In the past, I've seen many people given opportunities and support to expand skills and advance in responsibility.
Cons
In some key technical departments, management seem to be rewarded despite failing to deliver on key initiatives. There's poor transparency in decision-making; it seems like a small group can make impactful decisions without contacting key stakeholders or domain experts. This leads to expensive projects that aren't the best use of resources. Infractions of company values are not handled decisively by Talent Ops.
