Pros
Invitae is growing and performing well, which makes it a fun environment. I especially appreciate management's emphasis on sourcing frequent feedback from all employees. My colleagues are some of the most passionate, intelligent people I know.
Cons
Even though everyone is supportive and team-oriented, it's easy to feel like you're underperforming. Sometimes the focus on long-term goals and building automated systems can detract from Invitae fully participating in the broader genetics community.
