Pros
1. Great people who are genuinely helpful, intelligent and willing to make a change. 2. Free snacks and lunch onsite. 3. Transparency level is high. 4. Compensation is competitive in the market.
Cons
1. Lack of clear direction as a company. When asking what the company has done to prevent the stock being unlisted, the CEO said we did nothing. There is no plan to save the stock or the future of the company. 2. The processes are backwards creating erros, unnecessary corrections, and blockage for the flow of the operation. 3. Company tries hard to get you in, then they put you into a chaos situation that they can't solve, or honestly, they don't know what they are doing. 4. They expect you to work long hours everyday and weekend. There is no work life balance. 5. You ended up either leave and lose all the bonus and unemployment or work like crazy and playing catch up all the time.
