The pay was okay, but not comparable to the rest of the industry. It was also nice to get a severance. Good product that is unfortunately held together with duct tape.

Cons

Complete lack of transparency. The introduction of performance evaluations and leveling was a complete and total waste of time. The guy heading up the entire process left the company. That has to say something. Culture is a joke. Performance evaluations don't meant anything. Middle management left out of decision making process. Higher level management using shadow metrics to evaluate rank and file engineers. Round after round of layoffs and the company is still funding and staffing the internal HR atrocity that is known as Org 1, the pet project of one of the founders.
