Pros

* There's a strong sense of team, and limited hierarchy * Communication across teams is TRULY transparent * Benefits and compensation are excellent * Competitive Salaries * Superb Stock incentives and Bonuses * Several locations and a flexible work remote policy allowed for comfortable commute and live work balance

Cons

* Possibly grew too fast over the last year * There are some struggles to balance the scalability between growth of sales, acquisitions, and the difficulties of navigating the health insurance landscape to manage cost and profit.
