used to be transparent but not anymore constant reorgs never solve any issue but create even more constant shifting priorities means barely finishing anything some upper management think they are the saviors but actually know nothing about healthcare and head towards hell Independent, non-communicative development among acquired teams and Invitae's own team result in some duplicate work and are a waste of resources.

Getting interviewed during the pandemic took a long time and I could tell they were very very through about vetting who they hire. It's a good thing once you're there, but actually getting in the door can be challenging.
