free golf, the management at my individual club was awesome

Cons

wildly underpaid and upper management is terrible.

ClubCorp is a Great Start

Pros

I was able to see all of my favorite members and interact with them on a regular basis. ClubCorp also has a lot of room to grow position to position and club to club.

Cons

Sometimes working at ClubCorp it felt like our say in the club meant little, as if we were just ClubCorp's cash cow.
