The money is somewhat decent and they don't fire a lot of people.

Cons

Upper management is poor and consistently unorganized. They promote based on member popularity, so the managers are often unqualified for their role. Also, if you're a female in the food and beverage industry prepare for inappropriate comments whether it's from the kitchen staff, the members, or management.
