Invoca has done a great job at hiring young talent. For the most part, the team is friendly, talented, energetic and dedicated. This promotes a pleasant work environment.
Cons
There was a significant amount of turnover in upper management which made Invoca an unstable place to work at for the pass 24+ months. Due to poor decisions made by management during those 24+ months, there was a layoff where mostly entry level employees were let go. However, no one in management was held accountable. Invoca is completely sales centric. That is great if you work in Sales or Marketing. Not so much the case if you don't.

Amazing place to work if you can handle a faced paced environment with very smart people. High risk high reward with a tech company experiencing growth.
Cons
If you're not flexible and do not enjoy spending time with your co-workers, this is not the place for you. Visibility everywhere - not a place where you can "fly under the radar".

-Pay below market, but that's offset by the great environment to some extent -Still maturing, but that's what working in a startup is all about!
