Pros
InvoiceCloud has gone through alot of change over the last year and half. InvoiceCloud was a company under the Engagesmart umbrella. In January 2024 Engagesmart was acquired by VC, a few months later InvoiceCloud and other Engagesmart companies were disbanded and stood up as their own standalone company. This is no small task. The whole time, executive leadership was in constant communication with the employees as to what was happening. During this time, new sales leadership was brought into the company, One of the new sales VP's being a female, which was exciting to many as we have never had a female in sales leadership. Many of us were skeptical as she did not come from the industry, It did not take her long to gain credibility and respect as she set expectations and communicated the plan forward. New leadership is very involved, they do not sit in offices away from reality. They roll up their sleeves and you can tell they are invested in the success of their teams.
Cons
There are alot of internal meetings, they are informative but could be done less often.
