      Invoice Cloud Rocks!

      Pros

      I have been at Invoice Cloud for about 2 years. The company is growing rapidly and has ambitious goals, which we keep hitting year after year. The products are fantastic, but more importantly, the culture and people are great. You can have the best products in the world, but it still comes down to who you are working with daily. The culture and the people are not a mistake, senior management has thoughtfully created a great collaborative culture by hiring the right people and empowering them to excel. Management truly cares about the people and everyone has a voice at the table. I can’t let the 2 negative reviews go unaddressed. My guess is that it’s the same person, simply because there is extremely low turn over and they are a month apart. Fast growth and high expectations are not for everyone. This is not a place where you can just sit on the sidelines and collect a pay check. However, if you want a great culture, great people, great products and great opportunities, this is the place for you.

      I’ve gained weight because I would rather jump into my work instead of going to the gym in the morning.

      Great Place to Learn and have Meaningful Impact

      Pros

      - Full transparency from management about decisions and the company's direction - Fast pace work environment to learn and grow professionally and personally - Market leading products - Aligned, collaborative and focused team with no egos - Genuine excitement to come to work and win

      Cons

      Like any growth company, there are "growth" challenges. At times the pace may be too fast for some, but management does a great job investing in resources (e.g. collaborative tools, training sessions, leadership development summits, etc.) to help the organization scale up and dedicating time to help people individually develop.

      Full transparency is a great quality to note. The leadership truly does try to share every piece of information with the employees from adoption rates to revenue growth to competition concerns, they divulge it all. Thank you for all that you do!
