The culture here is amazing, and it keeps getting better every day. The company takes employees needs and wants seriously by doing a survey every year. Any popular concerns are addressed throughout the following year. The CEO has himself at the bottom of the org chart because he says he works for us. He is visible, always around and interacts with all levels of employees. He has a great sense of humor and doesn't take himself seriously. We are growing like crazy, so if you like the same thing day in and day out and not being challenged, this isn't the place for you. We all work hard and often I find myself here until 7 or 8 at night not because I have to be, because I want to be. Yearly increases as long as you are performing as expected. Promotions from within happen often. Too many good things to list. 401k match was just increased dramatically. PTO starts at 4 weeks and we get 10 holidays on top of that. The culture here is one where they treat you like adults - do your job and you'll be fine. Start to slip and it is noticed. If you want to take a Friday off because you've shown that you work your butt off, no one is going to tell you no. Truly nothing bad to say.
