1yThanks for providing your feedback. We consistently benchmark our internal salaries and our SDR team is paid to market. Our office is in Braintree and we love our space and are clear in our hiring process around the expectations for hybrid work. The red line is close by and our office park offers a free shuttle to and from the office to the train.
We're always working on finding the balance between collaboration and independent work and encourage all team members to provide feedback with their managers directly on balancing internal commitments and work load.
