Pros

Company just went public and is about to grow a lot. Tons of upside if it is done correctly. Extremely exciting to be a part of.

Cons

Obviously the novel tech comes with lots of risk. Not everyone is cut out for that.

Pros

One of the early quantum companies to go public, but not the first Fellow employees are very nice

Cons

Management is completely disconnected Work environment is not collaborative, management issues orders There is an inner circle of employees which creates an environment that is not inclusive There are no promotions internally and everyone in company got the same small pay raise

Pros

My team. My manager. My career and where its going - that is my favorite part as no two days come close to the same. This is a start up, its fun, crazy, intense but in a good way. No drama just lots of work to get done. Great health benefits. Way better than I'm used to.

Cons

The work is intense and there is lots of it. I miss going into the office. I would love to see my coworkers and have more face to face time getting to know them. Upper management is spread too thin. Hire more mid level managers.
