Pros

Great company that cares about their employees futures. Great 401k and benefits. Growing company with awesome employees and patients.

Cons

Pay is a little less than elsewhere. Growing so fast that some days it feels like there's not enough room to get to Patient's fast enough. Not enough parking for patients and staff. Could use more staff to fit the growth.
