Not one good thing to say.

Cons

They have fired people for being black, women, and for disabilities. Honestly this place needs to be investigated for workplace harrsssment and for violating so many codes. Don’t even think about this place. Safe your sanity and walk the other way.

Supportive providers. Great teamwork between departments. Outstanding retirement plan. Good community involvement.

Cons

Incredibly short staffed laboratory services department. No focus on diversity.

Pros

Coworkers are great (depending on department), 401k profit sharing, paid holidays are separate from PTO, lots of volunteer opportunities, company sponsored outings

Cons

Communication between departments is awful, management constantly changes, only so many raise percentages are allowed per department so if your department is small you know that for you to get a larger raise your coworker will get a smaller one
