Pros

The experience you gain is incredible. Tons of opportunity to work with a variety of clients and to build your own book of business. Leadership is helpful and actively looking to improve offerings to add value.

Cons

It can be a grind. Lots of clients means lots of projects at one time and not a lot of time to sit and think about the data you’re providing. It can be tiring to do the same thing day after day. I have a hard time seeing how someone can be a lifer here.

Pros

- Great location. - Pay is average. - Generous time off policy.

Cons

- Extremely poor training . - Very unhappy client service staff has led to a revolving door of employees. - Management unwilling to jump in and get hands dirty and quick to blame junior staff for account troubles. - Absolutely no work life balance. Expect to work late nights, weekends and holidays.
