Rarely get any sort of college communication from senior executives

Pros

The majority of people are very smart and know their stuff regarding research and designing good studies that meet client objectives.

Cons

The opportunties for promotion and moving within divisions isn't as easy as it is made out to be. Also the hours can be far more demanding than advertised at times.
