Pros

-Plenty of training provided for entry level -Professional environment, but employees still joke around at the right time -Can pick up a lot of experience within a year or 2 -Teamwork is big

Cons

-Very poor in terms of career development -Poor communication from upper management at times -Underpaid compared to competitors -After a long time in entry level, there's a real lack of challenges
