Pros

Most of the people were good to work with. The guy who hired me was good.

Cons

Current management didn't reward hard work. The management didn't hire quality people. If you got a raise it wasn't worth it. The amount of work they wanted for the pay wasn't worth it. Management didn't see people taking half hour and longer lunches.
