Cons

Irby used to be a good company. The management and direction set by Sonepar has crippled the company. The internal Irby management does not understand their customer base or the products that they sell. They refuse to set inventory to sufficient levels and are hard to work with as a customer. They care more about overpaying a friend from Utah than taking care of their long term employees. Not worth any money to be part of a sinking ship.
