Amazing opportunity for anyone retiring from the military, looking to transition into the electrical distribution sector. Irby Utilities definitely takes care of their employees. Everyone is extremely happy to work for this organization, and willing to teach you everything they know in order to make a better asset out of you.

Cons

Honestly, I never had any issues with Irby during my time in the program. They are not only great communicators, yet also great listeners who take their employees input very serious.

Schedule flexibility is there, but only as numbers hit

Cons

Compensation is fluid. The bar gets moved every year and you are punished for over preforming. If you make "too much" for their liking, they will cut your pay/plan
