The CONS list is longer than the pros. District management is toxic on a good day. It's a good ol' boy culture and you better hope your a good fit because strong work ethic and drive mean nothing. Training for their systems is a myth...period.

Cons

Just always on the road. Got a raise after 90 days but nothing else after that.
