A lot of exciting and innovative events are currently in the works. The company has potential and has started adding development paths and has initiated employee appreciation activities.

Cons

New hires are paid under what the position and skillset would imply. They try to compensate with stock options which are not worth much right now but could be in 5 or 6 years. The company is quite top-heavy and management tends to bring in their own teams from previous jobs instead of promoting within. There is a lack of communication from the top down. Departments change who they report to and the employees find out through the rumor mill or after the fact. Staff meeting to keep us apprised of changes in staff, reporting, systems, new products are rarely held.
