Poor, hostile work environment towards front line staff—-leadership has caused a “us vs them” mentality between management and front line due to misuse of funds made by leadership. This has resulted in leadership blaming front line for the budget Poor management/leadership-lack critical thinking skills Unrealistic expectations-expected to drive hours away for only an hour or two of service time, constantly changing job duties Horrible insurance coverage Untrustworthy HR-does nothing about company micro aggressions Leadership/management no longer follow the mission-it’s more so about quantity of services provided instead of quality
