Cons

Hire and fire No projects. Interviewers taking internal interviews are tharki. Do not join if you are coming from a good company you gonna regret. Belive me or not. If you have other oppourtunities let this one go even they offer you better package. Only food is better here nothing else. They gonna chase you in begining avoid such companies who spoil your career. Just accept offer so you can have a counter offer.
