- Work from home but most of the time you have to compete to do so unless weather conditions are bad or you not that sick.

Cons

- Micromanaged - Can not handle feedback - Will not approach you to ask why you are certain thing while waiting for a phone call. (Following others as in example of what do to. Got singled out for my action and I didn’t see anyone get a talked to) - Can’t take to much time off - Don’t be alarmed if manager don’t show compassion or empathy - Have to be on a “ready” state at all time. ( I asked for a switch so I could answer phone calls if I decide to get up for a drink of water and I still haven’t gotten one so I’m basically tied to my desk unless I take a convenience break but that means I’m not on a “ready” state)

Pros

The company does nice little things for employee moral. Ice cream socials, cupcakes on the company anniversary, great Christmas party and pretty much a mini party for every holiday which is nice and something to look forward to.

Cons

- Lots of turnover - Unclear policies and procedures - Don't expect to get any recognition unless you are apart of the Sales Teams - Anything reported to HR is not confidential - Micro-management - Don't plan to make plans for the month of September. You are expected to work non-stop.
