Exciting time to join. The company is leaning into transformation and at the same time carries great traditions and culture that honor mutual respect for all. It's been the most challenging yet rewarding job for me yet.

Cons

Lots of change and ambiguity but to be expected in a season of growing pains.

laughable management tactics constant criticism bad pay for what we do micro management biggest issue is senior program manager for the OCCHD contract no upward mobility false promises on pay snubbing employees on raises based off "metrics" that don't tell the whole story
