The company is great for a new-hire. They start with a generous salary and are welcoming to new employees.

Cons

Once in, it is extremely difficult to advance compared to other companies. The company's second in command is responsible for too many groups outside of his desired area of focus which leads to inadequate support for mid-level managers. Employees can be expected to work well-beyond the typical 40-hour work week, some averaging more than 20 hours above consistently for long-periods of time.

Upper management not great, at least in my department. Not much schedule flexibility. Limited growth opportunities due to uppermanagement
